| before you apply to become a helper. 1..read all the forums and as many posts possible to increase your game knowledge. 2..spend time in local chat to become friends with as many people as possible. 3..spend time in newbie chat to see how game helpers offer advice to new and older players. On becoming a game helper. 1..always be polite and respectful to every player. 2..read the guide you are given by a member of staff. 3..take time explaining issues to new players,as some may be of a young age. 4..try to strike up a rapport with the person your helping even if this means going that extra bit futher to help them. 5..always be honest,if you dont know an answer to a certain question explain this and seek help to find the answer. 6..always show patience and understanding. 7.. lastly and the most important of all,,remember your role...GAME HELPER..we are not there to enforce rules we are there to help and guide ...if a player is breaking rules,politely explain to them which rules are being broken and the trouble they might find themselves. 8...best of luck.. |
