	question Moonwitch. If it was truly only put into the game to protect new players though, the idea that I suggested would accomplish the same thing without preventing players from levelling back. As a matter of fact, it could even be tweaked to protect all players who would prefer not to participate in monthly CBR's altogether. I really hope they'll reconsider it.
