| They're all about a wizard named Harry in Chicago. He's in the phonebook and works with the cops, the mob, and other "people" to solve the problem which crops up. The entire series has a gritty, noir feel over the fantastical elements. It's not like Harry Potter, despite the similarties in their names and titles. What I like most about them is the characterization, and the humor, the author has a really good grasp of one-liners. |
