| The double doors swung open silently. "Enter." said a large booming voice. Rai entered slowly. The interior was a small banquet hall. A long table sat in the other end. In the middle chair was an elderly gentleman with his chin resting on his hands. "Ms. Raven, I'm glad you could make it. I've have been wanting to meet you for some time." The elderly man said. The double doors swung close as silently as they had opened. Rai turned and looked. She wasn't too happy about losing one of the few possible escape routes she had. "Do not worry, Ms. Raven. You will be free to go as soon as you hear the job I wish for you to do, but first...dinnner." The elderly gentleman guranteed. |
