 Subject: U can do ur own calculations
Like lets say u get an average of 3 per click at the gym, so 15 clicks --> around 0.45 APs. (there is the fact that training gains diminishes the more u train)

That means 1 sapphs --> 0.45 AP
So, ...........50 sapphs --> 22.5 APs

On the other hand, in the SCC
With the same 50 sapphs u can get a random amount of 5-35 APs..

One advice maybe wud be, if after ur calculations u see that u are getting very lil gym gains, hence lil APs wen resetting gym trains, then u can try the SCC for a possible better result... Again its a risk u got to take ^_^
