| This story is about a young man who grew up on a farmer's plot of land. This young man, a youth of but sixteen summers, grew up without a sense of purpose, of meaning or of belonging, and desired to find his purpose in life other than being a farmer for all his life. So it came as a surprise to his family when he requested he leave on a journey, a journey to discover who he was and what his purpose was to be in Fate's design. Though they initially protested, they eventually gave in to his request, only asking that he come back if he did not find what he seeked. And so it was that the young man left his life of farmer behind for eternity, but this was but the first step of his journey. There would be many more steps of his journey before he finally found what he seeked... |
