I think it's better Limit like " You can't kill the people who Lower 5 level than you" even 3 or 4 I also can accept..

The new Battle Level Cap is not fair..

It's like some way force people to purchase Ultra Sub or Sapphires or etc.. cuz when you over Lv30 , you are the first target in battle..

I can't believe owner make this kind of change....
