When he did, he felt a chill in the air. He sighed, then ruffled his hair up with his hand. "Your power is difficult for me to train you in. Fire and Ice, through emotion." Tom completely erased the circle. "You won't need protection from your power. You are very strong, you have to know that, and if you lose control, you could kill us all." "Most acolytes and mages... even some thieves, only manipulate, form and create. Rarely do we come accros a person who is actually intertwined and protected by magic." "Simply put, I can use magic to protect me with the use of training and extensive practice, while you can protect yourself by thinking of it. All you need to do now, is realize your limit, when you get to your limit, your power takes over. Then it goes out of control. We need to keep your emotions in check, and keep you from doing anything hasty." Tom thought about how to train her. "We need to figure out your limit." Tom led her to a secluded chamber 50 feet away from Saint. "Go on. Inside... you will be pushed to your limit. Control as much as you can, when you can't anymore... You'll see what'll happen." Tom said. "That is, if you still want to." Tom asked. |
