| Arianna looked at the cup of water and concentrated. Nothing happened. She wasn't sure what she was supposed to concentrate on. Then she thought of an idea. What if I concentrate on emotions? I wonder if that would work. Arianna stared at the cup of water thinking of rejection and loneliness. Before she knew it, the water was ice and the cup was ice cold to the touch. She wasn't sure if that was what Tom had wanted to happen, but at least something happened. She looked up at him, waiting for approval. |
