| Alchemy's mind continues to slip into the darkness. Horrific scenes flash before her eyes. Blood, destruction, chaos. Her soul was slowly cracking. Soon it will shatter and she will become nothing more than an empty shell. No power, no memory, no soul, not even the after thought of life. Alchemy's body lurches beneath Remus's hands. He knows that if he doesn't reach her soon then her not her mind but her soul will shatter. He was using all of his magic and will power to hold her mind in place, but a great power within her was fighting back. He had to keep it under control. He has to save her before its too late. Remus was concentrating so hard on Alchemy that he didn't even notice when Rytak entered the room just behind him. |
