| Jack picked up on Arianna's emotions. She was angry, furious like he was, but her disbelief was evident from her silence. He reined in his emotions yet again. He had to control his temper at least for Arianna's sake. Jack moved closer to Arianna. He wrapped his left arm around her waist. He used his mind to communicate with her. "Do not close your mind, Arianna. If just for a moment, let go of everything you know. And look within. Find your center. Focus only on that." Jack said telepathically. Lelanie took this as her cue. "It was no mere accident that you stumbled into that tavern. It was destiny for you and Jack to meet. I know that you feel what he feels. Your magic is intertwined not only because you are the key, but also because you two are cousins. Arianna you come from an ancient bloodline that was originally ruled by a Monarch. Mind you that has changed of recent. And Jack comes from the monarch's sister's bloodline. Somehow this ties in with Rytak and the master's plan. Do not be afraid of the unknown. Embrace your destiny and you will become whole." Lelanie encouraged. Jack wraps his other arm around Arianna. "It's been a long day, Lelanie. Let's get some rest and continue this tomorrow." Jack insisted. "As you wish." Lelanie replied, nodding. |
