| Jack landed gently in front of Rytak and kicked him backwards. Jack rushed forward and caught the tail end of the spell and gut sucked in too. The trio set down gently in the mountains. " I should have known you would show up, Rai. Thanks for looking after Arianna for me, Sis." Jack thanked. He reached for Arianna and gently brought her into his arms. "We need to get her to the village. There is an elf that can cure her paralysis faster than letting it wear off." Raven piped up. Jack looked at Arianna. Fear was still present in her eyes and he hated himself. He couldn't protect her. Only Alchemy could and the master had her now. "I shouldn't have left her." Jack said, suddenly. Raven looked at him for a moment. "You're an idiot." Raven commented. Anger flashed in Jack's eyes. "The master doesn't have Alchemy. If we get to the village, we can find out which elven village she's in, because Lelanie told me that Alchemy was picked up by an elf. So let's get going." Raven informed. "Which way?" Jack asked, keeping Arianna close to him. "That way." Raven said, while pointing to the North. Jack began trekking over the rocks and up the mountain. "I hope Alchemy is alright." Jack thought. |
