| Arianna was not surprised to hear that Saint felt that he was being followed. Truth is, he probably was. She didn't want to alarm him though, so she said, "I'm sure it was nothing... if someone was following you, you probably lost them." Arianna wasn't so sure though. She had the sneaking suspicion that someone would find them. They needed to leave the city as soon as possible. When food came to the table, they ate mostly in quiet. Saint would break the silence with an occasional question, but for the most part they were silent. |
