| (I'm assuming you guys are at the tavern because Arianna followed Ry there.) The night was still young when I observed three more people enter the tavern. They were talking but it was hard to hear what they were saying over the loud chattering of the other patrons. Then I noticed the soft friendly face of one of the people standing near the entrance. Arianna? I hadn't seen her in a little while but I had to go say hi. "Barkeep, a couple more bottles o' rum." Once again I pulled my gold pouch from inside my shirt and tossed him a few more gold. I took the two bottle and rose from my seat to approach my old friend. From the looks on their faces I doubted any of them would realize I was behind them. "Well well, ahoy there Ari. Long time no see." I said loud and clearly as I offered her the bottle. |
