Subject: Remembrance Day(Canada)/Veterans Day(American) | |||||
A bit late in the day but I just got home. Never too late for a for a moment of silence to remember our fallen hero's that fought to keep us free. So I would like to take a moment to thank any members of the Armed Forces(American or Canadian) that we may have on the fine game we call Dark-Warriors. On remembrance day members of the armed forces are commemorated. This marks the date and time when armies stopped fighting World War I. On November 11th at 11am in 1918 (the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month). Some 100,000 Canadian soldiers died in the First and Second World Wars. |
