	Nope its actually meant to be like that. The normal subscription and the ultra subscription are separate such that you can have one without the other. I also believed by virtue of being an ultra subscriber you should get a normal subscription or atleast make normal subscription a prerequisite of getting an ultra subscription but it seems it isn't so
