connected on a hard line or via wifi? Also sometimes you have to configure your router or the cards on your pc/notebooks in order to gain the full amount of bandwidth. Sometimes it could be your provider throttling your speeds if they think your using too much. There are several tools out there that help with these issues. Advanced System Care/Pro are pretty good at configuring the network if you are not familiar with it yourself. Hope this helps out some. |
