| on the idea of having a shout when a newbie is waiting. And a message telling him that help is on the way, since they expect us to respond within seconds, since our names are displayed even if we aren't in the chat. It gives the impression they're ignored, while simply we're elsewhere and not having our eyes fixed on the lurk window. Force redirection, i don't know...if someone is in the middle of an important trade or something, you'll get a pissed off helper who will try to dump the answers as fast as possible, it won't be the best thing in my opinion. |
