| there are a few issues with that. Firstly, what is does display a message in local chat that somebody requires assistance. If there are no helpers in local chat, then no-one will respond. Secondly, there are helpers out there who even if they are in local and help is requested, they will not be bothered to drag themselves away from whatever they are doing in local to help the new person. Perhaps what is really needed is that if someone presses that option, then all helpers should be automatically sent to helper chat regardless of what they are currently doing. |
