 Subject: new fair
make the fair comes, but with new changes.

the new fair should need an entry fee but not in gold or stones.

each of below actions can make a ticket , and each ticket will let you spend certain amount of gold in fair ( like 1 ticket let you spent 50 mil gold and for spending 200 mil you will need 4 tickets).

1st - 5k kill in ven or DF or rage castle or town fight
2nd - 5k fish
3rd- 5k jousting points
4th- 15k stolen token from outpost

the number above are just a suggestion .

the fair prices and items should be a bit cheaper than normal clan buildings since it is a prize for those activities.

other areas of game like Forest and Loligo caves can be add to this.
