| . . . the benefit of a high visibility vest worn under a jacket. Is this simply an added precaution dictated by those EVIL ones employed with the Dark arts of HSE or . . . . was cash left in the budget and so 'something' had to be purchased to ensure next years budget was approved ??? OR . . . . In case people are wearing x-rays specs that can see through only one layer of clothing and as such a double high visibility fashion requirement had to be implemented by the fire services ???  |
