| so many of the responses to the original post were that this tax would help newer players. it was said that older/stronger players could avoid the tax, but new players saving up for a low level stat boost item or subby would then be taxed/penalized for their work. so this update merely reenforces that thought; namely that older/stronger players avoid the tax and newer or less strong players trying to build up are penalized. |
