| Both Uncle Tom's Cabin (http://youtu.be/bx6f68Wd9dc) and I Saw Red (http://youtu.be/3dh79Ggx9Js) have actual videos, and get just as much if not more radio playtime as Cherry Pie. As you prob know is the case with most bands, the singles arent always their best songs. That being said, in terms of Hair/Glam Metal, I would say Warrant are actually quite good, better then say Ratt or Poison for example... but maybe not quite up there with Whitesnake, Motley Crue or Def Leppard. One thing I do like about Warrant is that they utilize guitar solos more then the majority of hair bands They are more a victim of timing then anything, the reason why they only have one "hit" is simply because they got signed at the start of the 90s when hair metal was already dying out. |
