| What is a game without change, little more than a repetitive action that becomes boring and forgotten. After only a few days I have a concept of this change, and it really is unavoidable. Enjoyment is derivative of the experience, and after time the majority become all to accustomed with a the static thing. We look to the Big Name games, and they regularly update and change things. It's not just about accommodating the majority or the few, but also keeping a balance and flow. Like our history, with evolution comes change, like any good game world change and evolution are unavoidable, sometimes it may not seem like the best choice in the beginning, but why are you dwelling there, when you should be watching ahead.... 20 years ago I was playing , simple text based multi-player game for BBS's,...strangely you can still find evolved versions to this day, and a great variety of others such as DW that have followed, and have led to the largest selection in the mmorpg genre. To be strong, one must adapt, overcome, and persevere ... |
