I am sure that at least 70% of players accused of creating a multi didn't even know that was against the rules and they get in trouble.

Most of them can't explain to the person who is trying to jail them the situation, and eventually they end up jailed.

Maybe it should be allowed for a short period of time,, let's see what will happen.

BTW, I am not accusing any of the GH here.
