Subject: I think the common strategy is:

1. Catch a disease that doesn't bother you. That will protect you from all the diseases that do bother you.

2. If you do catch a disease that does bother you pay the 5 GC for the cure. It's cheaper and easier that whatever Ruben's asking for.
