| The best strategy I've figured out to avoid being sunk is: get in, get the fish, get out, and do it all as quickly as possible. The rest of the time, say off the water. I really believe that most other players are in about the same situation. Which really minimizes the number of people on the water at any given time, and severely limits everybody's combat opportunities. Figuring out a way to even up the rewards both for the clan and individually would encourage more people to get out on the water and open up the game for everyone. I'm not saying that you and the other people sailing around in super-dreadnoughts should be totally nerfed, but currently there's just no payoff for anybody who isn't one of you to go out and risk running into one of you. PS If you could give me a pointer to posts with some better strategies, I'd be interested. Thanks. |
