| excellent points. The short immunity is a way of weeding out the players who aren't serious about the game. There are those borderline players who could potentially stay around if they had a bit more time, so if they're wanting to reach out to those people and get them to stick around, some extra time could do them good. I'm not saying we coddle every new person who joins, but there are those who progress at a slower pace. And if they're wanting a better retention rate, then perhaps providing a bit more immunity time could help. But again, it's one of those things....if you're afraid to die, then you're definitely playing the wrong game. |
