% chance of any of the above condition to occur is:

[(Higher_number - Lower_Number)/36000] * 100

e.g.
"if(NUMBER > 12000 AND NUMBER < 13000){
You have gained +1 defense!
}"

% chance of getting +1 defence would approximately be:
[(13000-12000)/36000]*100 = 2.7778%

NOTE: All the success % should add up to be 55.556%

(confirmed... NUMBER > 12000 AND NUMBER < 13000 means: 12001 --> 13000)
