| This is the same as last year. You must have a costume pas in order to use the costumes. Anyone caught photo shopping anyone else's costume pictures without having a pass will be jailed. Please keep in mind the costume pass is a separate item in which people have paid for. So again, please refrain from attempting anything to get yourself jailed over something as small as a costume.Thanks,Nappy |
