| really something should be done. it happens about 90 percent of time. by the time a helper gets there they are gone. DW wants to keep the new players, but they ask for help and dont get it. i have mailed them when i see they asked for help and left before i got there. and 90 percent of them have already stopped playing since that first or second day. if DW wants new players and directs them to newbie chat, there needs to be a way to keep them there for a couple minutes. it does say please wait, but it also does take time for the request help to register in chat and the helper to click over, even if i have newbie chat lurking it takes time and they leave. and it is frustrating to leave what you are doing and get there and they leave as you are responding. |
