| Zhandras offspring pour out of her now dead body and attack the city by the millions, forced to flee by their tremendous power and numbers, the towns people take refuge in a distant area to recover and rebuild in hopes of reclaiming their home and defeating this grave new threat. Could open up new area that way, would allow for specialized quests and occasional attacks by the brood that require group effort to finish off (either like zhandra was, or such a mass of them even someone with massive attacks kills hundreds a time but is still a small fraction of them left, meaning it is more like an open war going on) Could also allow for new means of weaponry, resources, etc (new locale would mean varying tools and resources and could introduce the zhandra teeth idea as a means of defeating the brood easier) |
