You can get platinum in Forest and Dark Forest, but that's not good if you don't want to level up. You can also buy it in Platinum market and Platinum shop. Ultra subscribers also get platinums per reset.

Quest 2 of 3 is for the quest in Forest, it means that you're on the 2nd stage of quest 3. And it doesn't have conections with Berlock's quest.
